We loved our wedding at Kings Creek and Kim and Ian really made organising everything so simple. They went above and beyond at every step of the way to make sure it was perfect for us – even on the day making sure everything was running smoothly. We cannot thank you enough for having us!

We held both our ceremony and reception at Kings Creek Winery in November 2023. It was the perfect and most memorable day. We are incredibly grateful to the owners, Kim and Ian, for all of their support in making the day just so. Our wedding was self-planned, and the owners did incredibly well to lighten the load of the whole process. The communication from Kim and Ian was perfect from the day of the booking right up until the event. They gave us ultimate flexibility with our timeframes while ensuring everything was kept on track. The set meetings were appropriately scheduled to make sure we felt as though we had a good awareness of how our planning was progressing. For our wedding there were many different vendors involved from music, catering, florals and photography. Kim and Ian were on the front foot with requesting vendor details and coordinating their efforts for the day. This again reduced the planning and coordination load for us in the lead up to the big day and we were incredibly grateful for this. Kim and Ian on the day facilitated the wedding with class. We had a series of potential weather issues which we had not planned for. From handing out umbrellas, to moving furniture and accommodating our large group inside for our dining experience, Kim and Ian made sure the day was still special, and all of our guests felt seamlessly accommodated. On that note, the venue, layout and decorations were well thought out and perfect for the garden party theme we had planned. The overall package was well priced for all of the inclusions we had. Kim and Ian continued to cater to us above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this venue for anybody who is looking for their wedding venue.

Wow! Our surprise wedding at King’s Creek Vineyard was everything we dreamt of and more! Such a magical day at a stunning venue- we got married in October 2023 and still have friends and family comment on the venue and service. Kim and Ian were so accommodating, friendly and supportive through the entire process especially with some last minute changes to the day. Our guests mentioned what lovely people they were and how smoothly the day went with them as our hosts 🙂 We honestly could not have asked for a better venue- the photos have turned out amazing! We loved everything from the beautiful arbor to the delicious bubbles served by Kim and Ian themselves, fairy lights at night and everything in between. Thank you both for making our day a dream come true!

We knew we found our wedding venue on the first walkthrough with Kim and Ian, who are two of the most genuine and generous people you are ever likely to meet. We were looking for a more intimate and personal touch than you find at your corporate and transactional wedding venues, and we definitely found it. Every step of the way nothing was too much of an ask and you can tell they actually care about you. Kim and Ian weren’t just the owners of the property, they became a part of our wedding and the compliments we received from our vendors and guests about the venue and Kim and Ian’s hosting on the night were endless, not to mention the property itself is absolutely beautiful. We cannot recommend Kings Creek Vineyard enough! We had our wedding here in April and the day was run so smoothly and looked beautiful. Kim and Ian were so helpful and welcoming from the beginning, and were very flexible on viewing dates for the property as well as very quick replies via email. They were so friendly and guided us through the ceremony and reception with our vision in mind. The actual vineyard is perfect for those wanting a rustic, relaxed vineyard wedding. There is also a wet weather option in the recently renovated barn area which is stunning. The wine provided by the vineyard is delicious and has so many options- also the flexibility to add your own catering is great so you can have whatever food option you like. Overall, Kim and Ian are fantastic people who run a beautiful vineyard that is perfect for events and weddings. Would give them 10 stars if we could 🙂

My wife & I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Kings Creek Vineyard recently. Kim & Ian were the most amazing hosts, making sure everything ran smoothly on the night. Throughout the whole planning process, they were so easy to communicate with & were very flexible with everything we wanted for the day. They were upfront about their pricing & their wedding package was great value with no hidden costs, which was refreshing.
The venue is beautiful & can cater for both an indoor & outdoor ceremony. We had planned to have our ceremony outdoors, however due to inclement weather on the day we made a last minute decision to have our ceremony inside. Both the outside & inside options are beautiful, but having the ceremony inside under the hundreds of fairy lights made it really special.
We would highly recommend booking Kings Creek Vineyard for your wedding, we had the most amazing experience with them.

We got married on here April 2025 and I couldn’t have been happier to find this place. Kim and Ian were incredibly accommodating and helpful, they really help ease the stress of the day and did anything they could to help. They put up with many meetings before the weddings and gave us tours a few times.
The venue itself is just stunning, I’m a bargain gal so what initially got me was the affordability of Kings Creek, I was able to have a big dream girl wedding I wanted for a fraction of the cost while not having it look like a budget wedding. From the new modern pergola, to the abundance of fairy lights to the gorgeous vineyard up close it just made for a stunning day.
I couldn’t recommend this Kings Creek, Kim and Ian any higher, thank you for making it possible for me to have the wedding of my dreams 🙂
